据官方预热，OnePlus Go Pad 配备 2.4 K 分辨率的 11.35 寸屏幕，支持 Dolby Atmos 的四扬声器。

另一方面，消息源 OneNormalUsername 称 OnePlus Pad Go 会提供 8GB +256GB（UFS 2.2）组合，预估可能还会提供 128GB 版本。
该平板配备 MTK Helio G99 处理器（MT6789），8MP 前置摄像头和 8MP 后置摄像头，内置 8000mAh 容量电池，采用 USB 2.0 的 USB-C 端口，有 Wi-Fi（OPD2305）和蜂窝网络（OPD2304）版本。
